She was born Isabelle Gall on 9 October, 1947 in Paris, France. She represented Luxembourg in a Eurovision contest in 1965 with "Poupée de Cire, Poupée de Son", one of many songs she performed written by Serge Gainsbourg. Her career spans roughly 40 years, primarily in France, but she is best known over the world for the songs she performed in the 60s, such as Les Sucettes and Baby Pop. In France, she is perhaps more known for the songs she sang in the late 70s till the mid 80s (written by her husband, Michel Berger, now deceased). She still records music to this day.
